Villa Marejadilla is a detached villa just 100 metres from the sea in Playa San Juan, on Tenerife’s west coast. Set in a quieter part of town, yet within easy walking distance of the seafront, cafés and restaurants, it’s a relaxed and practical base for exploring this side of the island.
Sleeping up to 5 people, the villa is suited to couples, families or small groups. The layout is simple and comfortable, with bright, modern interiors designed for easy living rather than anything overly formal.
The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The space works well whether you’re spending time together inside or coming and going between the terraces.
Outside is where the villa really comes into its own. There are two private terraces, including a rooftop space with and outdoor kitchen, seating, an outdoor shower and open views across the Atlantic and towards the mountains. It’s a great spot for outdoor dining, particularly in the evening, or just sitting back as the light changes through the day. The lower terrace, just off the kitchen, includes a private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day out.
Playa San Juan is known for its slower pace compared to some of the busier resort areas. The seafront is just a short walk from the villa, where you’ll find swimming spots, cafés and local restaurants. It’s an easy place to settle into, while still being well positioned for exploring the rest of Tenerife.

Notes
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required 7 days prior to your arrival. This is payable directly to the owners (bank details will be provided in advance).
The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection report from the Property Manager.
